Mrย Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah, a Volta Region Council of State Member, has been awarded with a doctorate degree by the ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐๐, ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ.
“I thank God for a journey truly worth the price, and I look forward to the future with great anticipation,” he said.
In an interview with Mr Samuel Kwesi Appah-Peniel, the _Metro_ _TV_ Eastern Regional Correspondent, Mr Tanko said it had been a gruelling yet fulfilling period of academic pursuit, balanced with the demands of management responsibilities, public engagements, and husband duties.
For his doctoral thesis, Mr Tanko undertook an academic investigation titled: โ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐-๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: ๐๐ง ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐.โ
He explained that his choice of topic was informed by his past experiences as a young civil service worker, who had the opportunity to be part of a team led by the late P. V. Obeng on Public-Private Partnership projects.

One of the key findings of his study revealed a significant underutilisation of community involvement in PPP projects.
“On this basis, I have committed my time and resources to the VOLTA RISING project, an initiative through which I engage partners around the world in my own small way to help bridge this gap and enhance inclusive development in the region,” he said.
