The Eastern Regional Minister, Mrs. Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey, has ordered a temporary halt to the ongoing China Mall construction project in Koforidua over failure to comply with drainage and flood control directives.
The intervention follows persistent concerns from residents over flooding and waterlogging in surrounding communities during heavy rains.
